COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Our website contains a contact form that can be used to contact us electronically. If a user takes advantage of this option, the data entered in the input mask is transmitted to us and stored. These data are name, email address and all data entered by you in the message field. At the time the message is sent, the user's IP address and the date and time of registration are also stored. In this context, the data will not be passed on to third parties. The data is used exclusively for processing the conversation. Insofar as we use the services of third parties (e.g. hosting or IT maintenance, etc.) to carry out and handle processing operations, the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation will be complied with. We assure you that we will not otherwise pass on your personal data to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so or you have given your express prior consent. In particular, we will neither sell your personal data to third parties nor market it in any other way. However, we would like to point out that the handling of correspondence by e-mail involves security risks and, in particular, that it cannot be ruled out that e-mails may come into the possession of unauthorised third parties during transmission.

Personal data that has been communicated to us by e-mail or via our website is only stored until the purpose for which it was entrusted to us has been fulfilled. The above-mentioned technical data logged directly on the server are stored for a period of seven days and then deleted. Only insofar as retention periods under commercial and tax law are to be observed, the duration of storage of certain data may be up to 10 years.
